16 Individuals Identified as Possible Targets of Alleged Serial Offender, According to LAPD

Los Angeles authorities have identified a minimum of 16 individuals who may have been targeted by a person arrested in April under suspicion of serial offenses. The individual, Terrance Hawkins, aged 42, was apprehended on April 26 in downtown Los Angeles. He faces multiple charges, including forcible misconduct, violence in intimate partnerships, and stalking, as outlined in a statement by the Los Angeles Police Department. Hawkins reportedly has a pattern of engaging in short-term relationships with women, mistreating them, and recording them during intimate moments, according to police reports.

Currently, Hawkins is being detained without the possibility of bail.

At the time of his arrest, detectives circulated Hawkins’ photograph publicly, hoping to encourage other potential victims to step forward. It is reported that Hawkins connected with women using various social media platforms.
